A spectacular Georgian Manor house surrounded by a more modern twist. Combe Grove Manor is set in 69 acres of woodland and enjoys breathtaking views as far as the White Horse at Westbury.

Situated 2 miles from the city centre offering a superb country club, 5 hole golf course and 18 bay driving range, 4 tennis courts. Country club and the golf course are complimentary to use for all resident guests. Memberships are also available.

Accommodation is available in the Manor House and the more modern Garden Lodge, the majority of rooms all face the gardens and Limpley Stoke valley. All rooms enjoy wireless internet access, ample desk space, tea and coffee making facilities, sky TV, cd players and radios, ensuite facilities.

2 restaurants are available the Eden Brasserie is open from 10am 7 days a week hosting a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with a menu to match. The Georgian Rooms with a 3 course a la carte menu boasting a wide and varied use of local produce.

Conference rooms are available seating up to a maximum of 90 theatre style and why not use one of our private dining rooms for up to 45 guests.

Premium Double Room Description:
Situated in the more modern Garden Lodge a short walk from the Georgian Manor House on either the first or second floor. King size beds, with ensuite facilities, rooms also include tea and coffee making facilities, CD player, sky television, luxury toiletries, with either a window seat or private balcony.

Standard Double Room Description:
Situated in the more modern Garden Lodge a short walk from the Georgian Manor House on either the ground floor or third floor. A double bed with ensuite facilities, including tea and coffee making facilities, CD player, sky television, paramount toiletries. The majority of the rooms have a patio area with a view across the gardens and valley. We are unable to guarantee a room with a view.

There are a number of stairs leading to our Premium Rooms with no lift available. If at all concerned about the layout of the hotel please do not hesitate on contacting us directly.

Please note that a 2 night minimum stay over a Saturday night is required.

Road Directions

Leave M4 at junction 18, signposted A46 to Bath. Follow this road for approximately 10 miles exiting the dual carriage way signposted towards Bath City Centre. At the immediate roundabout take the third exit along “London Road” still heading towards City Centre. Continue straight through four sets of traffic lights, passing a Morrisons Supermarket on your left and Kwik fit garage on the right. Then at the fifth set of lights, get into the left hand lane and turn left onto “Bathwick Street”.
Cross the river, passing the fire station on your left. After the fire station get in the right hand lane and at the lights turn right along “Sydney Place”. You will see the Holburne Museum of Art on your left.
Continue to the roundabout, taking the first left up “Bathwick Hill” towards the University of Bath and American Museum. Stay on this road for approximately 2 miles, cross straight over the mini roundabout by Wessex Water, then after a further ½ mile you will see Ralph Allen School on the left and Bath Clinic on the right.
The Hotels entrance is immediately after Bath Clinic on the LEFT hand side.

Public Transport Directions

The nearest railway station is Bath Spa, a taxi to the hotel is approximately £7.
The nearest airport is Bristol International, approximately 25 miles from the hotel. A taxi to Combe Grove costs around £40.
