Situated 1.5 miles outside Bath in the village of Bathampton, Lindisfarne is ideal for those who enjoy visiting a busy and historic city but also appreciate relaxing in a semi-rural location. There are several good eating places within walking distance, including the historic George, a 14thC inn that now has a fine reputation for food. You can also walk to the Kennet & Avon Canal from here and enjoy the beautiful countryside just outside Bath.

Prices start are £45 for singles, and £70 for a double room. We have a two night minimum stay for summer weekends and offer a 10% discount on stays of four nights or more. A family room and single occupancy rates are available, please contact us direct for more information.

Check-in time is normally after 16.00, but we try to be flexible by prior arrangement if you have special requirements.

Lindisfarne is a non-smoking establishment. Parking on site. We accept children over the age of 8.

Road Directions

From M4 jct 18 take A46 then A4 towards Bath. Once on A4 turn left at second set of major traffic lights, towards the A36. Go over the bridge and past fire station to the end of the road, where you turn left onto A36, direction Warminster. Continue for approx 1 mile, the B&B is on the right, opposite Down Lane on the left.

From Bath Spa - 1.5 miles
At bus station take X4, X5 or 4 to Bathampton, Down Lane. At bus stop walk 50 yards in direction out of Bath. Lindisfarne on right.
