The heart of this stylish restaurant is centred on rustic and classic French cuisine, with head chef Thony Renard creating innovative and exciting dishes using the very best local and seasonal produce available.

The top floor of the restaurant is home to a comfortable champagne and cocktail lounge featuring an oyster bar. Snacks are served - whatever the hour - including a selection of cheese, meat and vegetable platters.
