Lucknam Parks Hot Basalt Lava Stone Massage:
Heated stones have been used by ancient cultures to cleanse, relax and heal. Aboriginal Hawaiians have used basalt lava stones for centuries to improve both physical, mental and spiritual healing and well-being.
The smooth heated basalt lava stones used Lucknam Parks Hot Stone Massage enhances existing massage techniques. These hot stones are used warm and massage the body, easing away tension, relieve aches and pains and encourage the body to detoxify and heal muscle or tissue damage.
This heat relaxes the muscles and releases tension, which means that the massage itself is more effective and intense compared to a classic massage. Many benefits can be derived from this treatment including boosting circulation, rebalancing and recharging energy levels as well as improving rheumatic conditions and insomnia.
