Tolley Cottage is an elegant C19th house in a semi-rural setting, only 10 minutes walk from Bath city centre. Providing luxury accommodation in a unique and idyllic setting overlooking the Kennet and Avon Canal, the bedrooms are stylishly furnished, reflecting the owner's interests in art and design. Breakfast is served outside whenever possible. Fresh, organic produce is used and sourced locally. Parking is free to guests and there are wonderful walks on National Trust land 5 minutes away and along the canal tow path.

Road Directions

Exit M4 at jn 18. Follow sign to Bath (A46) and then the City Centre (A4). As you approach the city centre, turn left at traffic lights and follow signs to the American Museum and University. Cross a bridge and pass Bath Fire Station on your left. At traffic lights, turn right, continuing to follow signs to the American Museum and University. You will pass the Holburne Museum on your left. At next roundabout, with St Marys Church on your left, stay in the left-hand lane and turn left up Bathwick Hill. Take first right turn into Sydney Buildings.

Main bus routes to city centre and Univeristy are a 3 minute walk away. Bath Spa train station and bus station are a 10 minute walk away.
