Tuesday 14th October – Sunday 19th October – Tashi Lhunpo Monks visiting the Museum Of East Asian Art to create sand mandala.
Tuesday 14th October – from 10am Launch of the Sand Mandala
The Tashi Lhunpo monks will start the first of their six days creating a sand mandala as part of the Museum’s Season of Tibet.
A mandala ticket is available from the Museum reception; this ticket will allow unlimited visits during this week to watch the progress of the mandala. The mandala ticket does not include entrance to workshops or guarantee a place at the destruction ceremony.
Friday 24th October 3.30pm – 4.30pm Storytelling
Christina Wu leads our family friendly storytelling session with a ghostly theme and a chance to draw your own ghostly pictures ready for Halloween!
